SampleFreq facilitates frequency measurements
from nadir imagery by superimposing up to 10 user-defined nested frames
on an image and facilitating manual user determination of presence/absence
of target species within each frame. Up to 60 target species or classes
are user-defined, and data are saved automatically to an Excel spreadsheet.
SampleFreq was developed by Berryman Consulting in cooperation with USDA Agricultural Research Service and USDI Bureau of Land Management.
